About the complex
The Sun Coast holiday apartment and villa resort consists of 65 individual apartment units which are owned by multiple different private owners and companies.
All apartments in Sun Coast Resort have sea views and are fitted with the most modern conveniences. St. Vlas is located next to Sunny Beach and Nessebar, two of the most popular tourist destinations in Bulgaria. Apartments range in size from 47m2 studios, to 124m2 three bedroom units. On the territory of the resort there is a swimming pool and a mini market, the complex is also equipped with video surveillance.
