(1) No contamination of the common areas, and the surrounding area around the building, garbage or waste must be removed immediately at the expense of the offender.
* for the collection and removal of construction waste must be ordered special container (at Your own expense), that you can do yourself or turn to the Administration of the Managing Company for ordering.
(2) Do not throw wet wipes, tampons, diapers, medicine, paper sleeves, or ear sticks down the toilet, as this will clog the sewer system.
(3) Do not flush sand in the shower or bathtub, this will cause clogging of the sewer system.
* In case of a clog, all costs for cleaning the sewer system will be borne by the offender.
(4) Pets are not allowed to walking free (unaccompanied) on the territory of the complex.
(5) Noisy games, singing, noisy speech and entertainment, the use of sound systems, washing machines and dishwashers, industrial and repair work that disturb the peace of other residents are prohibited between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Exceptions may be made only with the preliminary written permission of the Administrator of the Managing Company (Manager).
(6) Construction work is prohibited between May 15 and October 1.
(7) Consumption of alcoholic beverages in the swimming pool area is allowed, but drinking alcohol from containers over 250 ml. as well as drinking strong alcoholic beverages in the swimming pool area is prohibited. Drinking beer or wine is allowed if the person drinking alcohol is in an adequate state and does not pose a problem or danger to themselves or other residents or guests of the complex.
(8) Pool hours are from 08:00 to 22:00. Swimming in the pool is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00, it is not safe for your health (pool cleaning can be done with chemicals).
(9) Storage of belongings and drying of clothes placed above the level of the balcony railings on the facade of the building is prohibited.
(10) The use of (retractable) structures to hang clothing from balconies and windows on the facade of the building is prohibited.
An owner or occupant who violates the internal condominium rules and who creates a disturbance more than usual for other owners and occupants may be fined with the penalty in the amount from BGN 50 to 150 by the Administration of the Managing Company.
