I. On the territory of the parking it is prohibited to:
1) drinking alcoholic beverages, being on the territory in an inebriated state, smoking in unauthorized places
2) obstruct the driveways and exits from the Parking lot territory.
3) leave (park) vehicles in the presence of fuel and lubricants (oil and lubricants) leakage;
4) use an open flame as a light source and for warming up the engine;
5) make fires;
6) transfer parking cards (incl. barrier remote controls) to third parties.
7) obstruct the movement of other vehicles with the vehicle, otherwise such vehicle may be moved by the MC (using specialized vehicles - tow trucks), in accordance with these Rules, to a free area within the Parking or out of it. Evacuation will be organized at the expense of the driver of the vehicle that violated the Rules. The invoice for evacuation shall be paid in person on place, or within three working days shall be issued to the payer (including can be written off by the MC from the balance of the owner if there are sufficient sums).
II. Parking users are required to:
1) to comply with the rules of operation of the Parking;
2) not to give the parking card (incl. barrier remote controls) to third parties;
3) to comply with the scheme of vehicle movement on the territory of the SAN KOST complex and to place vehicles in parking lots in strict compliance with the marking lines;
4) to comply with fire safety requirements on the Parking;
5) to keep the Parking area clean and tidy;
6) treat the equipment of the Parking with care;
7) observe public order.
III. Procedure for obtaining access keys and parking card.
1.1. Electronic access keys are an electronic remote control for opening the barrier (hereinafter - the "remote control"):
- The remote control and parking card is issued by the administration of the management company upon request of the owner of the apartment. The rule is 1 apartment - 1 remote control. The remote control and parking card (which is placed under the windshield of the car to identify the right to use the parking) is issued only to the owner of the apartment;
- handing over the remote control and parking card to unauthorized persons is strictly prohibited;
- in case of loss of the remote control, the full cost of the remote control will be reimbursed according to the current tariffs.
2.1. The mode of operation of the parking is 24 hours, by the condition of the availability of a parking space, electronic access keys.
3.1. A person who has received a parking remote shall have the right to park his/her vehicle at any time during the day.
4.1. Algorithm of entry/exit to the open parking lot:
- drive up to the entrance barrier, stop;
- press the button on the remote control;
- wait until the barrier is fully raised;
- after making sure that the barrier is open, continue driving.
4.2. Prohibited:
- drive through open entrance barriers behind the vehicle in front;
4.3 Consequences of passing with violation of the established rules:
- at an attempt to pass the second car in the automatic mode of passage operation the barrier boom will hit the car body;
- in case of damage to the vehicle the administration of the CC is not responsible.
5.1 Protection of material assets is carried out by video surveillance system.
5.2 The administration of the MC does not bear material responsibility for the cars located in the parking lot, for their external and technical condition.
5.3 The MC “SAN KOST” has the right to forcibly evacuate the vehicle in the following cases:
- in case of violation of this instruction by the driver of the vehicle and failure to eliminate the violation within 24 hours from the moment of fixation of the violation;
- in the presence of technical malfunctions, which according to the traffic rules prohibit further operation of the vehicle (faulty braking system, faulty steering, headlights and tail lights are not lit or are missing (when driving in the dark or in conditions of insufficient visibility).
