Dear owners and guests of the complex!
We sincerely welcome you, and we will do everything possible to ensure that your stay in the swimming pool of our complex has brought you pleasure and benefit. At the same time, we remind you that for your personal safety and comfort, you need to observe the following rules:
- Owners and guests staying at the hotel have free access to the pool.
- Children under 14 years of age can only be in the pool under the supervision of an adult. The persons under whose care the children are, are responsible for their safety, as well as for damages caused by them. Children under 4 years old may not swim in the pool without adult supervision and life jackets.
- Dress code for visiting the pool: swimsuit, swimming trunks, also for children regardless of age. Children must wear life jackets or armbands.
- It is necessary to follow the rules of personal hygiene and to take a shower before visiting the swimming pool.
- When establishing prohibitions and recommendations for behavior in the pool, the management always proceeds solely from the need to ensure the safety of visitors in the pool, which is a place of increased danger.
Pool visitors are not allowed:
- It is forbidden to spit, blow your nose, or use their natural urine in the pool.
- Teaching other visitors, including children, to swim on their own.
- Being in a state of intoxication, being under the influence of drugs, smoking.
- To avoid falls and injuries, do not run along the edge of the pool, jump and dive from the edge of the pool into the water, perform acrobatic jumps.
- Chew chewing gum.
- Bring breakable objects into the pool area.
- Bring your drinks and food directly to the pool deck and eat and drink on the pool deck.
- Stay with persons who have medical contraindications (infectious skin diseases, open wounds, breathing difficulties, vestibular disorders, etc.).
- Dive into the pool wearing outerwear and outdoor shoes.
- Use medical, cosmetic and herbal products in the shower before swimming in the pool.
- Being around any animals or birds.
- Making excessive noise and false signals for help in the pool is prohibited.
- Long and deep dives and the use of any breathing exercises that involve holding your breath.
5.1 It is strictly forbidden to wash sand into the pool after the beach (from your body, toys, shake off sand from clothes), as well as to swim with loose hair. Sand and hair clog the pool filters!
- If you have minor scratches and abrasions, it is advisable to treat the lesions with an antibacterial agent and use a waterproof adhesive tape.
- Visitors of the swimming pool shall be obliged to observe and maintain public order and generally accepted norms of behavior, behave respectfully towards other visitors, service personnel, not to allow actions that pose a danger to others. If voluntary or involuntary actions (behavior) of the visitor pose a threat to their own life and/or health, as well as to the health and/or lives of others, or contrary to generally accepted norms of morality and ethics, the employees of the complex administration have the right to apply measures to these persons in the form of exclusion from using the pool, or call the law enforcement officers.
- In the case of loss or damage to the property of the swimming pool, showers, toilets - the visitor compensates the damage in full.
- Working hours of the swimming pool are from 08.00 to 20.00. The administration of the complex does not provide lifeguard service.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The administration of the complex is not responsible for any injuries, damages and losses, as well as damage to the health and life of the visitor, caused by non-compliance with these rules of the pool.
These rules are mandatory for all visitors of the swimming pool.
