hereby we inform You, that our company offers such a package service as "Key Holding" in the amount of 100 € per year.
This package includes the following services:
- Arranging payment of all bills required by law to the municipality (incl. reconciliation of debts with previous payments; clarification with the municipality if necessary; making payment).
- Arranging payment of the electric and water bills (including reconciliation of the bills from the utility providers with the meters, if applicable; checking with the providers, if necessary; making payment). In this case, the owner should leave to the management company the deposit for arranging the payment (in the amount of expected costs of the invoice).
- Technical services for basic maintenance of the apartment (a minimal set of services to ensure / maintain the working condition of the apartment), including consulting services to the owner about necessary technical support or renovation services of the apartment.
- Basic consulting service to the owner (if the apartment is wishing for rent / for sale).
- Organization and support of apartment visiting in case of sale/ rent of the apartment.
- Administration of reservations (if the owner transfers reservations/guests to the Management Company).
- Hosting services (if apartment is rented out, incl. organizing of check-in / check-out services for the guests).
- Organization and carrying out the inventory of property (also in case of renting out the apartment).
- In case that 1 owner owns more than 1 property, the KeyHolding price is charged on a single owner basis, not separately for each property.
Additional paid services:
Hereby we inform you that since 01.05.2023 the new high-quality Internet - fiber-optic, high-speed unlimited (50 Mb/ sec.) is available on the territory of the complex.
